The Design Process

The Consultation

You need to feel completely confident that, once your event is decided, you can trust your suppliers to deliver your vision professionally, efficiently and exactly as you imagine. This begins with a consultation. We'll visit your venue, assess the space and have a chat with you about your ideas.

Together we'll discuss the impact you'd like your flowers to create on the day and work through any practical issues, such as access, timings and budget. If time and distance are a challenge, we can also do this over the phone, with a site visit arranged at a later date. Either way, from this moment on, we're on hand to give advice, guidance and support whenever you need it.

The Proposal

After our chat, we'll collate all of our ideas into a bespoke proposal for your event flowers. This will include a mood board, sample images and our initial floral designs. From here we can work together to develop and refine the proposal until it matches exactly what you hope for in terms of style and budget.

When you are delighted with your designs, you can rest assured that, unless you need to make changes to the proposal at a later date, everything is in hand and that you need not focus any further on the flowers - unless you want to of course!

The approach and the day itself

As the day of your event approaches, we'll be in touch to finalise your designs, pass on our risk assessment and insurance certificate, and to answer any questions you may have.

It's at this point that we'll confirm all the logistical arrangements, such as delivery, set-up and clear down. We deliver to venues across Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire, and, on the day of your event, we will deliver and set up your flowers at a time that suits you. Once the event is over, we'll return to collect our vases and vessels and to clear away any floral arrangements that you do not wish to keep.
